Nier was the last project of Cavia. The game did not become a legend outside the narrow circle, poorly sold and was poorly appreciated by game publications. And this is the first game with a similar status, receiving a complete remake with PC reprinting … Just think about how unique this is an event, given that PS3 is almost impossible to get. Amazing. I still can’t believe it.
NIIRA remake in the first passage completely reproduces everything that was in the original. As if film from 1980 literally Frookrovo Re -reached in 2020 with similar actors and with the thoroughness of launching a rocket into space. The rewritten sound, the quantity and quality of the details of the environment, the smoothness of movements, the “translating” of the attacks of opponents are like cosmetic changes that give in the sum of the sensations of a much more friendly and living world. Game for the complexity “Hard” is now not an exercise for a masochist, but a conscious choice of a player. The ears in the first passage hear echoes of what will be *spoiler*, and earlier it was perceived as an incomprehensible noise. The fighting is not a rudiment required to promote the plot, but a pleasant element of passage. Perhaps this is the best example of modernizing the game with the transfer of the original “from and to”.
But the main problem of the game remains: therefore, everyone who knows the original may be scary to run a remake. A game actively using postmodernism and built on the plot may not work in the second/third/./Tenth time … if it has nothing but the plot (and God -like music!) No.

It turns out that the remake is perfect from the technical side, but the game itself remained the work of Cavia studio … imperfect, not taking care of the player and relies on imaginative thinking in the absence of large budgets.
There is no active change with the player in Nier, jokes and irony are served with a stone face … I’m not sure if such a production player will like such a setting. The problem of continuity arises: the machine gun on the whole coil uses its title of sequel, but it is a much more friendly point of entering the series. It is useless to regret it, so let me just repeat the result of the results:
Pros: Full -fledged remake. Processed combat system and excellent work with sound and image. This is the same game with PS3.
Cons: This is the same game with PS3.

These are important little things, but still these are trifles. Do not think that the new game will not be able to surprise the players – the picture above presented a phrase that has not been in Gestalt and from which the mood of the stage instantly changes. The authors promise the restoration of cut and new content … But without changing the plot, the plot game cannot be changed, sorry for the tautology.
-Provided that the game was completely redone from the source on the PS3, somewhere they could make global changes.
– Even the triggers of dialogues and tips do not differ. Holes in the fence and impenetrable pits in the ground remained in the same places! Not one normal game designer would not do this, and Yoko Taro only advised the project.
